Vice President Customer Service
Scott joined the company in 2002 and currently serves as Director of Customer Service. In this role he is responsible for developing, communicating and implementing a comprehensive approach and strategy for customer service. Prior to his current role, Scott served as Operations Manager and District Manager responsible for the day to day operations of Lanter’s Great Lakes District. He was promoted to Regional Manager responsible for all activities within Lanter’s Great Lakes, Illinois and Western Districts in 2010. Along with Scott’s increasing responsibility came more challenging duties, not only in providing excellent customer service but also in overseeing, training and managing other staff members.
Scott received a B.S. degree in Business Management from Northern Illinois University. He enjoys the outdoors and activities including biking, canoeing, kayaking, rafting, fishing, hiking, and snow skiing.
