Corporate Account Manager, Director of Strategic Resources
Steve performs two vital roles for Lanter. In his primary role, he acts as the designated liaison to one of Lanter’s largest corporate clients. He is the key point of contact, involved in every aspect of service provided in the 40 states served. He assesses the services that the client requires and makes sure Lanter meets and exceeds all their expectations.
In his secondary role, he is tasked with developing new agent relationships and maintaining the viability of agent relationships nationwide. This involves exploring for new agent options for a specific market or validating competitive market rates.
Steve graduated in 1992 with a B.S. from Eastern Illinois University. He enjoys bike riding, basketball and especially spending time with family around their swimming pool.
