What makes Lanter® special
"Lanter’s® Non-Negotiables tie into a few things that are really important to me – honesty, integrity, respect and heart. We have a true family atmosphere, and I always welcome new people when they start with “Welcome to the Lanter® Family.”
Everyone is approachable, I can call anyone at any time, and they always have time and respond. I also appreciate the diversity of people we work with throughout the country. While I have been here for many years, I seem to learn something new every day – about a customer, our business or something about myself."
What’s important to me
“The strong teamwork and willingness to help and pitch in whenever needed means a lot to me. I also appreciate and enjoy team bonding and getting to know people outside of work.
I love the interaction with our customers, and communication is key. When it comes to my own leadership style, it’s important to lead by example, and to jump in and help where it’s needed, working within groups, and collaborating with my team.
On an individual level, I love to help each one of my team members learn more about Lanter® and build relationships with customers and other team members.”
