Current Role and Professional Experience

In 1981, Steve Lanter started Lanter® Courier Corporation, providing regional overnight delivery service to the financial services, pharmaceutical and film industries. Following a reorganization, Lanter Delivery Systems® (LDS) was formed in 1995.  Steve currently serves as Lanter's® CEO.

Education

Steve earned dual degrees with B.S. in Business and Education from University of Illinois - Champaign. While attending the University of Illinois, Steve played for the Fighting Illini Men’s Basketball Team and is currently an annual contributor to the Lou and Mary Henson Men’s Basketball Academic Assistance Fund.  He is also the Founder of the Southwestern Illinois Jets AAU Basketball Club whose mission is to build the character of our youth through sport.
