Current Role and Professional Experience
Steve serves as the Company’s Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of Central Services. As Chief Legal Officer, Steve has primary responsibility for all legal matters affecting the Company and its affiliates.
Since joining Lanter Delivery Systems® in 2017, Steve led the creation of the Company’s in-house legal, real estate and procurement functions throughout periods of significant growth. Together with I.T., these functions are banded together under Steve’s leadership as “Central Services” for the Operations and Support teams.
Prior to Lanter®, Steve started his career in private practice. He spent more than a decade with a national grocery chain serving as a senior member of the legal department and later as Vice President of Real Estate and Market Development. In that role, Steve led various functions, including market analytics, real estate, construction and design, portfolio and facilities management and procurement.

Education
Steve earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from St. Louis Missouri and a Juris Doctor in Law from St. Louis University – School of Law.
