Current Role and Professional Experience
Marc joined the Lanter team in September of 2023, as President of Lanter Delivery Systems®. Over the last twenty-five years of his career in logistics and transportation, Marc has had the opportunity to lead companies across various segments of industry leading to improved growth and transformation. He began his career with Knight Transportation gaining a great appreciation and experience in driving profitable growth. In 2007, he joined Schneider National as Senior Vice President of Truckload where he implemented a regional transportation model that increased the company’s operating margins and created a great place to work for drivers. Marc’s next move took him to the CEO of Interstate Distribution, where he revitalized the organization, accomplishing a financial turnaround while improving performance in safety and service. From there, he went on to serve as CEO of UniGroup where he and his leadership team invested in technologies to dramatically improve the customer experience enabling growth in key business segments before leaving to become President of Gampac Logistics, a subsidiary of US Foods, where he has been for the last 2 years until joining the LDS team.

Education
Marc earned a B.S. in Management and Marketing from Bringham Young University, a master’s in business administration from the University of Phoenix, and completed executive leadership training at Columbia Business School.
